Same content as the website, without the layout._ ## Summary An emlyon graduate, I learnt the ropes in sport, e-commerce and entrepreneurship, from Olympique de Marseille, through the FIA, to founding FRUZEE. I enjoy working with customers and partners, understanding what is holding things up and keeping a team moving until the job is done. What drives me: finding solutions to problems, making things better, creating, innovating, and promoting projects that make sense and are genuinely useful. Before internships and companies, there was sport: six years of football, including two in a sports-study programme as team captain. And, from 2014 to 2025, the Chartres markets on Saturday mornings. That is where I learnt to listen, to advise and to play as a team. Then came the preparatory class, emlyon, CRIT in Madrid, Spacefoot, Olympique de Marseille and the FIA, before I founded FRUZEE. The common thread: strategy, working with customers and partners, and problems to solve. For a few months now, I have also been building my own tools with AI. Not to replace the rest, but to move faster on what matters. ## Experience ### Founder — product and business development — FRUZEE (07/2025 — 06/2026, Paris) I founded FRUZEE, a consumer goods company with three brands: Fruzee (frozen fruit), Bolis (frozen fruit bars) and Zium (energy and electrolyte gummies). - I shaped the Product Strategy: choosing which products to push, in what format and at what price, based on the market, customer feedback and Unit Economics, meaning what each unit sold brings in. - I approached more than 70 suppliers and partners through Outbound Prospecting, compared their prices, capacity and lead times, then led the Commercial Negotiation on launch terms. - I turned those choices into manufacturer specifications (format, price, positioning), then prepared the Go-to-Market Strategy for each brand: the schedule with co-packers, the website and sales materials. - I approached more than 100 shops, by phone and in person, to present the products and follow up on every contact. As a team, we placed 5,000 units in pre-sale before the products reached the market. - On the Product Marketing side, I created and evolved brand materials, packaging and websites, with a lot of help from Generative AI. - The three brands — Fruzee, frozen fruit in pots that stays soft: grape, blueberry and banana. While looking for suppliers and co-packers, I ran into a real Supply Chain puzzle: seasonal fruit and the filling and packaging lines are not available at the same time. We had to rework the formats with suppliers. - The three brands — Bolis, frozen fruit bars. I worked on the concept, the Pricing Strategy and launch preparation. The brand site is live, sales have not started yet. - The three brands — Zium, energy and electrolyte gummies. The brand's Positioning, the formats and the manufacturer specifications are ready; the formula and trials still have to be validated with the manufacturer. The product is not on sale yet. - The commercial relationship — From Lead Generation to following up on agreements, with suppliers, partners and shops. Pipeline Management every day: knowing where each discussion stands and what the next step is. - The commercial relationship — Always the same balance to strike between what customers want and what can actually be made. That is what Supplier Management is really about. - With AI — I used LLMs to study the market, prepare supplier conversations, write and create visuals, plus a bit of AI Automation for recurring tasks. Zium's website was built with coding assistants. - At school — Fruzee was my thesis project at emlyon, and made it to the final eight of the school's Coup de pouce competition, in October 2025. - Key figure: 5,000 units pre-sold before launch - Business Development, Supplier Management, Product Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Supply Chain ### Junior strategy consultant — FIA — Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (09/2024 — 12/2024, Paris) I studied how the FIA could strengthen its position in the United States: the market, its governance, a rather unusual business model and the many players involved. - I prepared two strategic proposals on its positioning in the United States, presented to senior leaders of the federation. An exercise in Stakeholder Influence as much as analysis. - Market Research on the US market, Business Model Analysis of the federation's governance and model, and Stakeholder Management to map every player to take into account. - Deadlines were tight: we had to settle quickly on the most useful options and keep to the schedule until the presentation, a real exercise in Project Management. - Key figure: 2 strategic proposals presented to senior leaders - Business Model Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Market Research, Presentation Skills ### E-shop and category management assistant — Olympique de Marseille (01/2024 — 07/2024, Marseille) I looked after the licensees and the commercial calendar of the club's online shop, with the marketing, sponsorship and activation teams. - I handled a portfolio of more than 40 licensees through Key Account Management: the day-to-day relationship, Contract Negotiation, and Upselling and Cross-Selling opportunities. - On the Business Development side, I prospected more than 40 new partners through Outbound Prospecting; four new licensing agreements were signed. - I coordinated 10 product launches and more than 50 promotional campaigns across marketing, sponsorship, activation and the logistics provider: Project Management, and a lot of Cross-Functional Collaboration. - I tracked merchandise sales every week and every month, through Performance Tracking and Campaign Analysis, to adjust featured products, campaigns and upcoming releases. - Day to day — I assessed new products and partnerships through Business Cases, which fed into the shop's Commercial Strategy. - Day to day — Vendor Management with Oreca, the shop's logistics provider, and Partnership Management with the licensees. - Day to day — I prepared newsletters and improvements to the Customer Experience on the site. - The shop — Category Management: choosing which products to feature, and when. The site's Merchandising followed from that. - The shop — The commercial calendar was Roadmapping in practice: which product comes out when, with which campaign. - The shop — Sales gave real Consumer Insights into what fans buy. They shaped the shop's Retail Strategy and Retail Marketing. - Key figure: 10 product launches coordinated - Key Account Management, Contract Negotiation, Category Management, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Merchandising ### Marketplace Project Manager — Spacefoot (06/2023 — 12/2023, Paris) I tracked sales for a catalogue listed on more than 20 marketplaces, and worked with the developers on the internal tools that prevent order problems. - A real Problem Solving case: risky orders (suspicious address, hard-to-reach destination, fraud, logistics incident) were caught too late. With the developers, I defined the rules that flag them before shipping, and helped build the internal tool that applies them. - The result: nearly 20,000 alerts handled in six months, and about €2.50 saved per parcel, or nearly €800,000 over a year by our estimates. - I contributed to a 50% increase in marketplace revenue, a team result. That Revenue Growth relied on three levers: Pricing Strategy, A/B Testing and Conversion Optimisation. - Day-to-day Marketplace Management: every day, I tracked orders, revenue, reviews and seller account health, and prepared the report. - For the Customer Experience, I set up a Notion workspace and a process to handle the fifty or so customer requests a day. That Process Optimisation made it possible to delegate them. - Data — I handled KPI Management: I defined the indicators to track, and the developers built the dashboards in Grafana. - Data — I worked with the account managers, marketing and the sales teams. My analyses fed into Growth Marketing and Campaign Analysis. - Internal tools — I contributed to the Product Requirements of the order-screening tool and its day-to-day use, in close Engineering Collaboration with the developers. - Internal tools — I contributed to a tool designed to add up to 300,000 products on marketplaces such as Decathlon, a lever for the Growth Strategy. - Logistics — On the Supply Chain side, I dealt directly with the warehouses on shipping issues, order problems and suspected fraud. - Logistics — I took part in meetings with the carriers and prepared input for their contracts, about 250,000 parcels a year for each of the three main ones. - Key figure: +50% marketplace revenue - Marketplace Management, Process Optimisation, Engineering Collaboration, KPI Management, A/B Testing ### Assistant to the General Manager, strategy and market intelligence — CRIT Group (07/2022 — 12/2022, Madrid) In Madrid, I studied markets and competitors to find new growth opportunities. - I analysed the market and competition in more than 10 sectors, through Market Research and Competitive Analysis. - I turned this into recommendations for the General Manager. - I assessed B2B acquisition leads and took part in the year's strategic plan, on the Growth Strategy side. - Key figure: 10+ sectors analysed - Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Growth Strategy, Strategic Thinking ### Founder — Shortcode Dev (05/2021 — 02/2022, Paris) With two friends, I founded a service building websites on demand for businesses. I handled the offer, marketing, communication and acquisition. - We launched our own website from scratch in three weeks. - I met more than 50 potential companies and users to understand their needs. That is where I learnt Customer Discovery and User Research. - From Product Discovery to User Testing: we tested, listened to feedback and adjusted the offer. - I handled Roadmapping and Feature Prioritisation, based on the Customer Insights we gathered. - On the Business Development side, Lead Generation and B2B Sales to find our first customers, with a Go-to-Market Strategy built from scratch. - Key figure: 50+ companies and users met - Customer Discovery, Product Discovery, Lead Generation, Value Proposition ### Fruit and vegetable sales — Market greengrocer (12/2014 — 06/2025, Chartres) On Saturday mornings, I sold fruit and vegetables at the Chartres markets, as part of a team. That is where I learnt to listen and to advise. - About 100 customers every Saturday morning, many of them regulars. That is where I learnt Relationship Building, one customer at a time. - Restocking and inventory across more than 80 products. - Advice, sales and customer loyalty, face to face. Suggesting the product that goes with it was already Cross-Selling. - Key figure: 100 customers every Saturday morning - Relationship Building, Cross-Selling, Teamwork, Active Listening ## Education - emlyon business school — Programme Grande École — Master in Management (09/2021 — 04/2026, Lyon). Economics, statistics, finance and data analysis. GPA: 4.00. - emlyon business school — MSc in Sports Industry Management (09/2024 — 04/2026, Paris). - Notre Dame de Sainte-Croix — ECE preparatory class (09/2019 — 06/2021, Neuilly-sur-Seine). Economics and mathematics. Two intensive years, seven days a week, preparing for the business school entrance exams. ## What I bring to a team - **Building the right product** — Starting from the need, deciding what to build, prioritising, then launching: three brands at FRUZEE, ten launches at OM, internal tools at Spacefoot. - **Growing accounts and partnerships** — More than 40 licensees managed at OM, four new licensing agreements signed, and seller accounts on more than 20 marketplaces at Spacefoot. - **Running projects with several teams** — Ten launches and more than fifty campaigns coordinated at OM, across marketing, sponsorship and the logistics provider. And two strategic proposals for the FIA, on tight deadlines. - **Solving problems at the root** — When a problem comes back every day, I try to fix it for good. At Spacefoot, risky orders became rules, built into an internal tool with the developers. - **From analysis to strategy** — Turning a market study, a benchmark or a report into a clear decision: more than 10 sectors analysed at CRIT, weekly sales tracking at OM, daily reporting at Spacefoot. - **Moving faster with AI** — I use Generative AI to research, analyse and prototype faster, and I build my own tools with coding assistants, always keeping the decisions in my own hands. ## Skills ### Product and customer experience - **Understanding needs** (Practised) — Understanding the need before proposing anything. Customer Discovery with prospects at Shortcode Dev, Customer Insights gathered from FRUZEE's partners, and a Customer-Centric approach learnt at the markets. (practised at: Shortcode Dev, FRUZEE, Market greengrocer) - **Value proposition and positioning** (Practised) — Knowing what an offer brings, to whom, and why it stands out. I worked on the Value Proposition and Positioning of FRUZEE's three brands and of Shortcode Dev's offer. (practised at: FRUZEE, Shortcode Dev) - **Product strategy and prioritisation** (Practised) — Deciding what to build, and in what order. At FRUZEE, it was the Product Strategy for the three brands. At Shortcode Dev, it was Product Discovery, then Feature Prioritisation as feedback came in. (practised at: FRUZEE, Shortcode Dev) - **Scoping a product** (Practised) — Turning a need into concrete Product Requirements: manufacturers' formats and constraints at FRUZEE, the rules of an internal tool at Spacefoot, the spec for my own projects. (practised at: Spacefoot, FRUZEE, Automated media production chain, This portfolio, One euro, Profil, DayBrief) - **Launching products** (Practised) — Running a launch calendar with marketing, sponsorship, activation and logistics: ten launches and more than fifty campaigns at OM. At FRUZEE, preparing the Go-to-Market Strategy for each brand. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, FRUZEE) - **Testing and conversion** (Practised) — Working on pricing, running A/B Testing and Conversion Optimisation across more than 20 marketplaces at Spacefoot. (practised at: Spacefoot) - **E-commerce and customer experience** (Practised) — A football club's online shop, a catalogue sold on marketplaces, brand websites. Merchandising, newsletters, Customer Experience and order problems, with day-to-day Marketplace Management at Spacefoot. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, Spacefoot, FRUZEE) - **Marketing and campaigns** (Practised) — Getting a product known, then measuring what works. Product Marketing for the FRUZEE brands, Retail Marketing and campaigns for the OM shop, Growth Marketing with the Spacefoot teams. And every week, a Campaign Analysis fed by the Consumer Insights drawn from sales. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, FRUZEE, Spacefoot) ### Sales, partnerships and analysis - **Prospecting and partnerships** (Practised) — Finding partners and building a pipeline: more than 70 suppliers and partners for FRUZEE, more than 40 prospects and four licensing agreements at OM. From Lead Generation to Pipeline Management, then Partnership Management once the deal is signed. (practised at: FRUZEE, Olympique de Marseille, Shortcode Dev) - **Negotiation** (Practised) — Commercial Negotiation on launch terms with suppliers, Contract Negotiation with OM's licensees, and preparing discussions with carriers. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, FRUZEE) - **Account Management** (Practised) — Looking after a portfolio over time: Key Account Management with more than 40 licensees at OM, seller accounts on more than 20 marketplaces at Spacefoot. For Customer Relationship Management, I know Salesforce and HubSpot. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, Spacefoot) - **Sales and advice** (Practised) — Selling and advising face to face at the Chartres markets, about a hundred customers every Saturday morning from 2014 to 2025. Then B2B Sales with OM's licensees and FRUZEE's partners. I believe in Consultative Selling and Solution Selling: listen first, then propose. (practised at: Market greengrocer, Olympique de Marseille, FRUZEE, Shortcode Dev) - **Commercial strategy and growth** (Practised) — Linking the numbers to commercial decisions. At OM, Business Cases fed into the shop's Commercial Strategy and Retail Strategy. At Spacefoot, I contributed to the Growth Strategy and to 50% Revenue Growth, working on pricing and conversion. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, Spacefoot, FRUZEE) - **Market research and business models** (Practised) — Market Research and Competitive Analysis across more than 10 sectors at CRIT, Business Model Analysis for the FIA, and the Unit Economics of each product at FRUZEE. (practised at: CRIT Group, FIA — Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, FRUZEE) - **Research and synthesis** (Practised) — Gathering the useful information and making it clear for the person who decides: recommendations for CRIT's General Manager, Business Cases at OM, proposals for the FIA. (practised at: CRIT Group, FIA — Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, Olympique de Marseille, FRUZEE) - **Data analysis** (Practised) — Day-to-day Data Analysis, to make decisions rather than to decorate a report. Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis, Grafana at Spacefoot, Google Analytics to track a site's traffic and conversion. (practised at: Spacefoot, Olympique de Marseille, CRIT Group) ### Operations and processes - **Improving processes** (Practised) — Turning a recurring problem into a rule, then into a tool. Process Optimisation at Spacefoot: screening risky orders with the developers, and a customer support process in Notion. (practised at: Spacefoot) - **Logistics and suppliers** (Practised) — Supply Chain from several angles: warehouses and carriers at Spacefoot, Supplier Management with suppliers and co-packers at FRUZEE, Vendor Management with the OM shop's logistics provider. (practised at: Spacefoot, FRUZEE, Olympique de Marseille) - **Project management and coordination** (Practised) — Moving a project forward with teams that do not share the same priorities. Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration for the OM launches, Stakeholder Management for the FIA, Engineering Collaboration with the Spacefoot developers. (practised at: Olympique de Marseille, FIA — Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, Spacefoot, FRUZEE) - **Tracking and reporting** (Practised) — Choosing what to track, and using it to decide. KPI Management and Performance Tracking every day at Spacefoot, weekly and monthly at OM. (practised at: Spacefoot, Olympique de Marseille) - **Customer support** (Practised) — About fifty customer requests a day at Spacefoot, delivery problems, and direct contact with customers at the markets. (practised at: Spacefoot, Market greengrocer) ### Building with AI - **Scoping a tool and checking the result** (Practised) — Writing down what the tool must do, what it must not do and how we check it works, then checking what is delivered with tests. (practised at: Le Doyen, Julien Memory, This portfolio, Profil, DayBrief) - **Building with coding assistants** (Every day) — Having my tools built by Claude Code and Codex while keeping the decisions. The code is written with the assistants: what I bring is the need, the rules and the checking. (practised at: Le Doyen, Julien Memory, Automated media production chain, FRUZEE, Padel booking agent, This portfolio, One euro, Profil, DayBrief) - **Designing AI agents** (Practised) — Giving each agent a clear role, with what it may do and what it must refuse, and making it ask for confirmation before any important action. LLMs are powerful, but it is the framework around them that makes them reliable. (practised at: Le Doyen, Padel booking agent) - **Organising information** (Practised) — Keeping a reliable working memory: knowing where each piece of information comes from, what is confirmed, and replacing what is outdated rather than piling it up. (practised at: Julien Memory, Le Doyen) - **Automating a repetitive task** (Practised) — Breaking a task into steps that can fail separately, with human sign-offs and a spending cap. That is how I approach AI Automation. (practised at: Automated media production chain, Padel booking agent) - **Documentation** (Every day) — Writing down what a tool does, what it does not do and how to use it, from the support process in Notion at Spacefoot to the rules of my own projects. (practised at: Spacefoot, Le Doyen, Julien Memory, This portfolio) - **SQL and Python** (Basics) — I know SQL and Python, and understand them in part: enough to use them in my AI projects, not yet enough to say I have mastered them. I am still learning. (practised at: Padel booking agent, Automated media production chain, Profil) ## Tools Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify, Magento, Grafana, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, WordPress, Notion, Figma, Slack, Canva, Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Python, SQL, GitHub ## Qualities - **Listening and customer relationships** (Active Listening, Interpersonal Skills) — I like understanding what people need and building a simple, direct relationship. - At work: At OM, I was the day-to-day contact for the licensees. At Shortcode Dev, I met more than fifty companies and users before deciding what to build. - Where it comes from: The Chartres markets, at weekends since 2014. About a hundred customers every Saturday, many of them regulars: you quickly learn to listen before you advise. - **Team spirit and leadership** (Teamwork, Collaboration) — I get on well with teams that have different priorities, and I know how to step up to move them forward. - At work: At OM, every launch went through marketing, sponsorship, activation and the logistics provider. I coordinated ten launches and more than fifty campaigns between them. - Where it comes from: Six years of football, including two in a sports-study programme as team captain. Being captain means leading by example and getting everyone to play together. - **Work ethic** (Prioritisation) — I keep up a demanding pace over time without letting quality slip, knowing what has to come first. - At work: At FRUZEE, I juggled suppliers, three brands and the commercial side at the same time. - Where it comes from: The preparatory class: two years, seven days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm. And before that, two years in a sports-study programme, balancing school and training. - **Resilience** (Resilience, Adaptability) — When the plan does not work, I do not give up. I look for another way forward. - At work: At FRUZEE, fruit and the filling and packaging lines were not available at the same time. We kept going, reworking the ranges and formats. - Where it comes from: In the preparatory class, you learn to take a hit and start again every week. Today, triathlon teaches me to hold on when the effort lasts. - **Ready on the day** (Results-Oriented) — I know how to prepare for an important moment and be at my best when it counts. - At work: At the FIA, with tight deadlines and a presentation to senior leaders at the end, two strategic proposals were ready on time. - Where it comes from: Two years of preparatory class for a few days of exams where everything is decided. And five years of tennis, alone on court, handling pressure point after point. - **Drive to improve** (Attention to Detail) — I question myself to do better, including on my own work. - At work: My CVs, websites and tools all go through several versions. I reread, I test, I fix. - Where it comes from: In the preparatory class, improving meant questioning myself every week. In weight training, progress comes session after session. - **Initiative** (Ownership, Proactivity) — When a problem keeps coming back, I do not just handle it, I try to fix it for good. - At work: At Spacefoot, problem orders came back every day. I helped turn them into rules, built by the developers into an internal tool. - Where it comes from: On a football pitch as behind a market stall, I learnt that you have to go and get the ball, or the customer. Nobody does it for you. - **Analytical mind** (Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking) — I like starting from the numbers to understand what really matters. - At work: At OM, I tracked sales every week and every month to decide which products to feature and when to launch the next ones. - Where it comes from: Maths and economics in the preparatory class, statistics at emlyon. And chess, where you learn to calculate a few moves ahead. - **Curiosity** (Curiosity) — I like understanding new tools by actually using them. - At work: I learnt to build my own tools with AI: a connected memory, a weather app, a booking agent. And I keep improving my SQL and Python. - Where it comes from: From football to tennis to triathlon, from Chartres to Madrid, from sales to product: I like discovering ground I don't know yet. - **Creativity** (Creativity) — I like finding a useful idea, then making it real. - At work: Newsletters for the OM shop, packaging and websites for the FRUZEE brands, positioning ideas for the FIA in the United States. - Where it comes from: Cinema, and the way a good film builds its story. I try to bring that sense of storytelling to a presentation, a brand or a product page. - **Communication** (Communication Skills, Presentation Skills) — I like making an analysis simple for the person who has to decide. - At work: Recommendations to CRIT's General Manager, proposals presented to FIA leaders, and daily work in French, English and Spanish. - Where it comes from: The captain's armband, where you speak for the whole team. And the markets, where you have to explain things simply and convince in a few seconds. - **Ambition** (Commercial Mindset) — I look for responsibility, and I take it when it comes. I always keep an eye on what moves the business forward, and clear goals, Sales Targets included, motivate me. - At work: I founded two companies, Shortcode Dev then FRUZEE, and today I build my own tools. - Where it comes from: From a market stall to a leading business school, then to launching my own brand. Each step made me want to aim for the next one. ## How I work 1. **Understand the need** — I listen before proposing. With a customer, a partner or a user, the first question is always the same: what is getting in the way, and for whom? 2. **Look at the constraints** — Costs, lead times, what is actually feasible. At FRUZEE, that is how we found out that fruit and the filling and packaging lines were not available at the same time. 3. **Propose a solution** — A clear recommendation, with numbers when possible. Two strategic proposals for the FIA, order-screening rules at Spacefoot. 4. **Bring the right people in** — Marketing, developers, warehouses, suppliers. Moving teams with different priorities forward together. 5. **Track and improve** — Look at the numbers, see what is not working, adjust. Every day at Spacefoot, every week and every month at OM. ## Projects ### FRUZEE Three brands, three products: Fruzee, Bolis and Zium. From suppliers to shops, and everything the industry taught me along the way. - Role: Founder, on product and business development. - I took care of the offer, suppliers, costs, formats and positioning, and the commercial relationship with more than 70 suppliers and partners and more than 100 shops. - Three brands developed, two live sites, 5,000 units in pre-sale and one brand ready for manufacturing. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/fruzee ### Shortcode Dev Websites on demand for small businesses, before AI: five sites built and sold. - Role: Founder, with two friends. I handled the offer, marketing, communication and prospecting. - As a founder with two friends, I was in charge of the offer, marketing, communication and prospecting: about fifty companies approached. - Five websites built and sold to clients, and our own site launched by the three of us in three weeks. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/shortcode ### Julien Memory A memory for my AI assistants, where nothing becomes official until I approve it. - Role: I defined the need, the shape of the notes and the separation and approval rules. The server and tests were written with Claude Code and Codex, under my direction. - I defined what the memory had to do and its rules, steered its build with coding assistants, then checked the result through tests. - Context survives from one conversation to the next, the spaces never mix, and nothing becomes official without my approval. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/julien-memory ### Le Doyen A team of AI assistants where each one knows what it may do, and above all what it may not. - Role: I defined the need, the roles and the operating rules, then steered the build, written with Claude Code and Codex, and checked through tests. - I designed the organisation, wrote the rules and scope of each role, and defined the scenarios to test. The code was written with assistants, under my direction. - Every topic stays in its place, you know who did what, and no assistant can decide on its own what becomes official. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/le-doyen ### Profil A personal site instead of a CV, for everyone: upload your CV, then change your site just by asking. - Role: I came up with the idea and designed the user journey and the rules that frame the AI. The app was built with Claude Code, under my direction. - The idea came from my own site. I designed the journey and the rules that frame the AI: it only touches what you ask, every change can be undone, and it is not allowed to invent. - A complete personal site without knowing how to build one, and a job-ad analysis that tells what is really missing from what you just forgot to write. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/profil ### DayBrief A weather app that only speaks when it is useful: one message in the evening, and a correction if the forecast really changes. - Role: I defined the idea, the rules and what the tests had to check. The app was built with coding assistants, under my direction. - I defined the promise, the five rules, the thresholds and what the tests had to prove. The code was written with assistants, under my direction. - No need to check the weather: if there is something worth knowing, you get it. Otherwise, the app stays quiet. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/daybrief ### Padel booking agent Booking a padel court by sending a simple message: "book a padel court tomorrow at 6:30 pm in Chartres". - Role: I designed the agent, its tools and the integrations, with coding assistants. A two-person project, with Guillaume. - I designed the tools the agent can use, the link with the booking platform and the lock that stops it from paying on its own. - Booking takes one message, and the decision to pay always stays human. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/padel-agent ### Automated media production chain A pipeline that produces narrated videos, from script to edit, stopping at every step for me to approve. - Role: I designed the pipeline and its steps, set the approvals and the budget, and had it built with coding assistants. - I split the pipeline into steps, defined the approvals and the budget, and steered its build with coding assistants. - Production becomes regular and its cost is known in advance, without letting the machine decide on the content. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/chaine-media ### This portfolio The site you are reading: a complete, up-to-date CV that I can edit by clicking directly on the page. - Role: I wrote the brief, the content rules and all the text. The site was built with Claude Code, under my direction. - I wrote the brief, the content rules and the text, and steered the build with Claude Code. - A recruiter finds everything in one place, in French and English, and the content stays reliable update after update. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/portfolio ### One euro A one-page site that gives before it asks: five true things to learn, then a button. - Role: I came up with the concept and chose the text and the art direction. The site was built with coding assistants, under my direction. - I came up with the idea, chose the anecdotes and the art direction, and steered the build with coding assistants. - The visitor gets something before being asked for anything. - https://julienfleuridas.com/en/projects/un-euro ## Outside work - **Sport** — Weight training and triathlon today, after six years of football and five of tennis. It is what keeps me balanced. Sport has also shaped my career: OM, the FIA, then a master's in sport management. - **Cinema** — I love the way a good film tells a story: the pace, the characters, what it chooses to show. That taste for storytelling followed me into a video channel project, where I tell fables in pictures with AI. - **Chess** — For the thinking and the strategy: anticipating the next move, weighing several options, keeping a plan to the end. A good lesson in patience, and in humility: one mistake can cost you the game. - **New technology** — I prefer to understand it by trying it rather than reading about it. AI is now part of how I work, always with the same question: what does it actually change for customers and teams?
